To become a member, you need to present 3 separate forms of identification, one from each of the sections below. A minimum of €10 is required to open an account and keep it activated.
- Photo ID (e.g. Passport or Drivers Licence)
- Proof of Address (e.g. Utility Bill, Statement from a Financial Institution or Letter from a Government Department/Body dated within the last 6 months)
- Proof of PPSN (e.g. Payslip, P60, HSE card, European Health Insurance card, Correspondence from Revenue Commissioners/Dept. of Social Protection)
The proof of ID, address and PPSN is to ensure that Bishopstown Credit Union complies with all Money Laundering legislation.
Please Note: We cannot accept the Irish Public Service Card for any of the above.
Please Note: If you do not live in the Bishopstown area, you will need to provide proof that you work or study in the area. Proof can take the form of a payslip from an organisation in the area or an I.D. card from MTU or UCC etc.
