Lending criteria

Ability to Repay

  • Repayments must be made via EFT. Minimum amount €40,001 - Maximum amount €75,000.

Maximum Term

  • The maximum term available is 10 years.

Flexible Loan Repayments

  • Quotation for home improvements required at loan draw down. Minimum amount €40,001 - Maximum amount €75,000.
